Your responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will support our team in ensuring that workshop operations run smoothly.

• Welcoming and assisting customers and drivers in day-to-day operations

• Receiving vehicles and recording service and repair orders

• Booking appointments and planning workshop capacity

• Coordinating between customers, the workshop and the parts department

• Communicating with customers by telephone and in writing

• Informing customers about repair progress and completion

• Preparing workshop orders and assisting with order processing

• Maintaining customer and vehicle data in the system

• Organising vehicle handover and collection

• Assisting with invoice preparation and general administrative tasks

• Helping to optimise service and workshop processes

• Insights into the operations of a modern commercial vehicle business

What you bring to the role:

• Enrolment at a college or university

• A friendly, confident and service-oriented manner

• Organisational skills and a structured approach to work

• Enjoyment of working with people

• Good written and spoken German

• Confidence in using standard MS Office applications

• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a proactive approach
