24/7 Roadside Assistance

If your vehicle breaks down, we’ll assist you with our on-site roadside assistance. If it’s not possible to repair the vehicle on-site or drive it to the shop yourself, we’ll work with you to arrange for one of our experienced partners to tow your vehicle to our shop - at reasonable prices.

And if it does happen to take a little longer...

Of course, your driver will also be picked up and well taken care of here. Fresh, complimentary coffee and tea, free Wi-Fi, clean showers and restrooms, two comfortable relaxation rooms, and our driver’s lounge ensure that you can continue your journey with renewed energy once the repair is complete!

 

For a quick snack, there is an Aldi Süd store with a bakery section located about 500 meters from our premises.

Upon request, you are also welcome to use the microwaves in

our break room to prepare hot meals.

Should extended downtime occur, for example due to an accident, we will assist you in arranging hotel accommodations for your driver or arranging a rental car.
