Your responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of commercial vehicles

  • Independently performing roadside assistance and on-site installations

  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop

  • Conducting mandatory inspections (AU, SP, §57b StVZO)

 

Your profile:

Technical Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or a comparable qualification with a focus on commercial vehicle technology

  • Strong service and quality awareness

  • Ideally, initial experience with the repair of Volvo or Renault Trucks vehicles​

Warranty, Service Contract and Claims Management Officer

Full-time | permanent | to start as soon as possible

Your responsibilities:

  • Invoicing for workshop orders as well as warranty, goodwill and service contract services

  • Processing, submitting and tracking warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

  • Managing and overseeing our service contract portfolio

  • Independent handling of accident claims and insurance procedures

  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all processes

  • Close collaboration with our workshop and management teams

  • Preparation of reports and key performance indicators

 

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical training

  • Technical understanding of commercial vehicles is an essential requirement

  • Ideally, professional experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, insurance or workshop sector

  • Knowledge of warranty, guarantee, service contract or claims handling is an advantage

  • A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work

  • Confident use of modern IT systems and MS Office

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

  • Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
