Independently performing roadside assistance and on-site installations

Your profile:
Technical Requirements
-
Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or a comparable qualification with a focus on commercial vehicle technology
-
Strong service and quality awareness
-
Ideally, initial experience with the repair of Volvo or Renault Trucks vehicles

Conducting quality control and providing technical support to mechanics in diagnosing issues and performing repairs

Warranty, Service Contract and Claims Management Officer

Your responsibilities:

Invoicing for workshop orders as well as warranty, goodwill and service contract services
-
Processing, submitting and tracking warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
-
Managing and overseeing our service contract portfolio
-
Independent handling of accident claims and insurance procedures
-
Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all processes
-
Close collaboration with our workshop and management teams
-
Preparation of reports and key performance indicators
Your profile:
-
Completed commercial or technical training
-
Technical understanding of commercial vehicles is an essential requirement
-
Ideally, professional experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, insurance or workshop sector
-
Knowledge of warranty, guarantee, service contract or claims handling is an advantage
-
A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work
-
Confident use of modern IT systems and MS Office
-
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
