Your responsibilities:

Maintenance & inspection work
-
Regular maintenance work: Performing scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and checking fluid levels

Inspection and testing: Assisting with safety inspections and general inspections to ensure the roadworthiness of commercial vehicles

Checking and maintaining brake systems
-

Repair work:
-
Mechanical repairs: Replacement and repair of worn or defective parts.

Electrical repairs: Repair and replacement of electrical components and systems

Repair of accident damage
-

Professional disassembly and assembly of components

Installation of accessories
-
Updating, calibrating, and configuring the software of control units
Your requirements:

A good secondary school diploma, intermediate school leaving certificate, or high school diploma
-
Initial experience in a workshop, e.g., through relevant internships

Manual dexterity and an interest in technology

During your training with us, you’ll rotate through various departments of our company:

Parts Department:
-
Assisting with the organization of purchasing and sales processes for commercial vehicle spare parts, with a focus on supplying our own workshop
-
Warehouse management: Assisting with the organization and management of the spare parts warehouse, inventory, and stock checks
-
Spare parts ordering: Processing spare parts orders, communicating with suppliers, and monitoring delivery times
-
Customer Service: Advising customers on the selection and ordering of spare parts, preparing cost estimates

Workshop Reception:
-
Welcoming our customers, creating workshop orders, recording customer requests, and entering data into our workshop system
-

Accounting:
-
Invoice verification and processing: Checking and posting incoming invoices, reconciling them with orders and deliveries

Handling key workshop metrics

Marketing & Sales:
-
Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing and sales promotion activities

Market analysis: Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and our customers’ needs

Customer service + workshop intake: Greeting our customers warmly, creating workshop orders, recording our customers’ requests, and entering data into our workshop system

Invoice verification and processing: You’ll learn how to review and post incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as reconcile them with orders and deliveries

Accounts Receivable: You will learn to monitor open items and assist with processing reminders

Controlling: You will learn cost control, budgeting, and key performance indicator analysis

Human Resources: You will learn to properly maintain personnel files, process vacation requests, and handle sick leave notifications
